Thomas M. Willford graduated from Western State University College of Law, located in Fullerton, California, in 1990. He immediately passed the California Bar Exam and has been specializing in Commercial Litigation since that time.

Thomas M. Willford is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central and Northern Districts of the Federal Courts of California. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.
